My Favorite Things

(Sung to the tune of My Favorite Things with apologies to Julie Andrews)

Laptops with Vista and three gigs of RAM,
Big screens and hard drives and built-in webcams,
Broadband and T1, these things really zing!
These are a few of my favorite things.

YouTube and Google and then there’s eBay,
Email that I must check every day,
Screensavers that control my mood swings,
These are a few of my favorite things.

When the disk dies,
I lose my data,
When I’m feeling sad,
I simply remember my favorite things,
And then I don’t feel so bad.

(No, I don’t have a webcam… awww…)
